A new Acting Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has been appointed with effect from 9th October, 2017 by the Hon. Minister of Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Okechukwu Enelamah.
The Acting Registrar-General is Lady Azuka Azinge who until the appointment was the Director, Registry Department.
She will continue to act in that capacity until a substantive Chief Executive Officer is appointed.
Lady Azuka O. Azinge takes over from Bello Mahmud following the expiration of his tenure as the Registrar-General CAC.
