NDOMA-EGBA COMMISERATES WITH THE FAMILY OF LATE JUSTICE DAHIRU MUSDAPHER
On behalf of the Board and Management of Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, the Chairman of the Governing Board, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba OFR, CON, SAN, has commiserated with the family of Late Justice Dahiru Musdapher, the Ringim Emirate Council, the Government and people of Kano State over the passing of their illustrious son, former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Dahiru Musdapher (Rtd). In a message released by his Special Assistant Communications, Mrs. Clara Braide, Ndoma-Egba lauded the late Chief Justice for his contributions to the development of the Judiciary, Nigeria’s legal system and the Legal profession.
The Chairman NDDC, described him as an erudite legal luminary, a father figure who played very pivotal role in the administration of justice and nation building while serving in different capacities as Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice, Kaduna State, Chief Judge of Kano State, Justice of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court respectively, before attaining the peak of his professional career as the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
Ndoma-Egba further said, “the legal profession has lost one of its best, especially at this time of our nationhood, when we need his wealth of experience, integrity and great institutional capacity to help our nation tide through these challenging times”
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and good people of Kano State. Justice Dahiru Musdapher will be greatly missed but his fatherly kindness, contributions to the legal profession and nation building are etched in the sands of time.”
Ndoma-Egba prayed the Almighty God to grant his soul eternal rest and give his family and the good people of Kano State the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
