The Director General of National Productivity Centre, Dr Kashim Akor receives FCT NASU Executives in the Centre on courtesy visit.
The brief visit was led by the chairman,  comrade Ademola Mikel and Secretary, comrade Ajayi Mobolade accompanied by the Centre’s chapter Executives.
The Director General welcomed the delegation to the Center and expressed the cordial relationship so far enjoyed with the union. He further highlighted various benefits of the union that the centre members of staff had enjoyed from the Local chapter amongst which are welfare programmes.

The DG stated that he uses consultation instead of negotiations as a means of relating with the chapter union. he finally appealed for a need to review the union constitution as it regards the issue of 25% remission to Local Chapters. He added that the need for increase is to enable the local chapters perform better.

The FCT NASU chairman thanked the DG for recieving them and appreciated his leadership style. He further stated that his plea is already given attention and a clear stand will soon be reached.
