PTAD COMPLETES PAYMENT OF JULY 2017 MONTHLY PENSION
The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate(PTAD) has concluded the payment of July 2017 monthly pensions of Pensioners under the Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS). A total sum of N7,389,954,164.03 was paid out to 237,306 Pensioners.
Comprising of 98,362 Pensioners under the Parastatals Pension Department (PaPD), 16,111 Pensioners under Police Pension Department (PPD), 110,753 Pensioners under Civil Service Pension Department (CSPD) while 12,080 Pensioners were paid under Customs, Immigration and Prisons Pension Department (CIPPD).
The Directorate is committed to keeping its promise of making prompt payment to Pensioners as at when due. PTAD is a Treasury Funded Agency.
