BUREAU OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT (BPP)
This is to inform the public that the NPCP Convocation 2026 scheduled to hold on the 29th of January, 2026, has not been cancelled, nor has it been postponed.
Take Notice also that no Order of Court was made halting the programme from being hosted. No Ex-parte Application was granted by Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja. Rather, the said Ex-parte Application was ordered to be served on the Bureau of Public Procurement and for the same to file an affidavit to show cause before 12 noon why the order should not be granted.
If there is any such Order of Court as claimed by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria, we demand that such be made public.
This is to put the public on the right track to avoid any misrepresentation. Further information shall be made available to the public when necessary.
