In continuation of its reform initiatives, the Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to remind esteemed Customers and the Public of the existence of Form CAC 1.1.
With the Form CAC 1.1 Forms CAC 2, CAC 2.1, CAC 3, CAC 4 & CAC 7 have been consolidated into one Form (CAC 1.1).
The new form has brought down the registration fee by N4, 000 from N6, 000 as Customers only have to pay the sum of N2, 000 for Certified True Copy (CTC) of the consolidated form CAC1.1.

REMINDER ON STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE AT N500.00 ONLY
In continuation of its reform initiatives, the Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to remind esteemed Customers and the Public that Statutory Declaration of Compliance in fulfillment of requirement for applications for registration of companies submitted by First Directors or Subscribers is available online.
The Fee payable is N500.00 only, being cost of Notarization.
