The Youth Initiative for Advocacy, Growth & Advancement (YIAGA) is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of democratic governance and development in Africa.
Youth Initiative for Advocacy Growth and advancement is seeking pre-qualification of interested reputable and qualified vendors that meet the requirements below for the supply and delivery of goods and services through its subsequent tender Request for Proposal (RFP).
Request for Proposal will be shared with bidders who only meet the mandatory criteria after review of the pre-qualification on case by case basis:
Office Supply and maintenance of (A/C, electrical maintenance and fittings, fumigation cleaning, plumbing, maintenance of generators 40KVA and 60 KVA)
Office Supply and maintenance (HP /Sharp copier maintenance, HP printer’s maintenance and supply of toners)
Office supplies (Stationary, drinking water)
Supply of Diesel
Supply of Fuel
Supply of fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and fire alarm)
Supply of IT equipment (laptops, copiers, headphones, dongles etc.)
VTU top up for MTN lines, etisalat, Airtel, & glo
Travels agent’s services (Air travels ticketing)
Vehicle hire services
Carpentry
Internet providers
Office supplies and beverages
Office Furniture
Hotels and Accommodation
Health Insurance
Catering supply of food
Printing of training materials (Face cap, T-shirt, manuals, wrist band and banners)
Painting and renovation.
Requirements for pre-qualification
Company profile, including names and contacts and list of technical personnel and their qualification
Verifiable list of previous work done in the last 6 months
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Evidence of valid registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years (Minimum)
Evidence of presence of business outfit in Abuja Federal Capital Territory
