Kogi APC Reconciliation: Bisimillahi urges committee members to accelerate reconciliation of aggrieved members

A frontline senatorial aspirant for Kogi West Senatorial District, on the plathform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Tajudeen Ibrahim Bisimillahi has called on the newly inaugurated reconciliation committee members to accelerate efforts toward reconciling aggrieved members of the ruling party.

Bisimillahi made the call on Monday night while speaking with newsmen at the NUJ press center, Lokoja.

He said the task given by Governor Yahaya Bello to members of the committee was very apt because there was an urgent need to reconcile feuding members of the party.

According to him, the committee’s assignment “will involve resolving disagreements among party members, party leadership and political office holders in some local government areas states of the state.”

“I salutes Governor Yahaya Bello for his foresight and wisdom in appointing the reconciliation committee.”

“ No political party can successfully go into an election with aggrieved members, cracks, disagreements among the stakeholders within its ranks and members.

The appointment of the reconciliation committee is timely to bring Peace, succor and Harmony to the Party ahead of the 2019 General Elections,” Bisimillahi said.

He further said that he believes that the committee members have the sagacity and pedigree to reconcile all warring and aggrieved parties.

“I advise and encourages all organs of the party to cooperate fully with the reconciliation Committee.”

Bisimillahi, unequivocally called on all leaders of APC to ensure that the committee succeeds in this very important State Party assignment.”

“I implore all leaders and Stakeholders to ensure that the committee is given all the necessary and enabling environment to succeed in its assignment to reconciling all aggrieved sections of our great party otherwise the party might be doomed,” the he added.
