For many entrepreneurs, growth does not stop because sales disappear. It stops when leadership can no longer keep pace with the demands of the business. A business owner may still have customers, a team, and revenue, yet feel the pressure of unclear systems, changing markets, and people waiting for direction. At that point, passion is no longer the differentiator. Leadership is.
This is where the Business Leadership Executive Program (BLEP) comes in.
Offered by Harde Business School, BLEP helps business owners, managers, executives, and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership capacity by challenging the way they think, decide, communicate, and lead. The program brings participants into practical conversations around strategy, people management, finance, operations, innovation, governance, and sustainable growth.

Rather than teaching leadership as theory, BLEP places participants inside the everyday realities of business. They examine real challenges, exchange ideas with peers, learn from experienced facilitators, and return to their organisations with clearer judgment and stronger execution.
“Many professionals carry responsibility before they receive the structure to lead well. BLEP gives them that structure. It helps them lead with confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of business.” – Dami Oguntunde, CEO of Harde Business School.

Participants leave the program with practical tools for decision-making, team leadership, business growth, and personal effectiveness. They also join a learning community of professionals committed to building better organisations across their industries.
For recent BLEP 4.0 graduate Nkechi Fakoya, the program provided practical knowledge she could immediately apply in her role as an educator and school leader.
“As a principal in a boarding school, I found BLEP very impactful and relevant to my work,” said Fakoya. “The negotiation course helped me understand how to approach situations where both sides need to reach a solution. The AI, design thinking, and critical thinking sessions also aligned strongly with what we are doing in school as a Google Reference School.”
She added that the Finance for Business Leaders module was one of her most valuable learning experiences.
“I joined the program because I wanted to better understand the business side of education,” she said. “One key lesson I took away was that I should not be afraid to take risks. I learned how to understand financial risks, what to accept, and what to let go.”

Her husband, Seun Fakoya, also observed the impact the program had on his wife:
“For the past 10 weeks, I have seen a transformation in my wife,” he said. “BLEP has made a real difference in the way she thinks, communicates, and negotiates. I have not won an argument at home in the last 10 weeks, so maybe I also need to enrol.”
Nkechi described BLEP as a practical and reflective program that pushes participants to think differently and take action.
“I would highly recommend Harde Business School’s program to anyone interested in learning that is practical, thought-provoking, and action-oriented,” she said.
With consistent results from over 300 graduates across 10+ industries and 4 successful cohorts, the Business Leadership Executive Program (BLEP) has proven to be a transformative experience for executives and business owners.
Enrollment is open for BLEP 5.0.
